Although I was not the only one in the class I felt like I received such a personal experience. The direction was very clear and the motion allowed for the class to just simply flow. In addition I was able to accomplish some poses I never thought I’d achieve.

I was a total beginner in yoga, but I've always done other sports. In just a few weeks I felt real progress! If you want to get reliable knowledge, and a friendly teacher who helps, this is a great place.

Lindsey was an excellent teacher, made sure to walk us through positions while accommodating for complete newbies! Would love to go to another class led by her!!!

Lindsey is fantastic instructor. Her passion for yoga and optimism for all experiences are infused in all that she does. Her kindness, compassion, and strength are an inspiration. We miss her here in Minneapolis!

Being somewhat new to yoga, I thought the session was lead in a way that made everyone feel comfortable and cared for. The detail in the moves, positions, etc. gave me confidence I was doing the postures the right way when I had no frame of reference otherwise. There were many veteran yogis in the same class as me and they were raving at the end of class, too.
